The Dale of Norway Isben is named after Henrik Ibsen, who is often referred to as the "father of modern drama" and celebrated as a national symbol by Norwegians. Among his best-known dramas is the beloved Peer Gynt, written in 1867 during Ibsen`s travel in Italy. Peer Gynt includes incidental music by another Norwegian treasure, composer Edvard Grieg. Our exclusive "Ibsen" sweater incorporates sophisticated design elements inspired by its namesake`s masterwork. A finaly detailed pattern on the sleeves illustrates the famous "buck ride" scene, in which the main character recalls a reindeer hunt that went awry.
