Shipping and Handling to the Continental U.S.
The Country Ewe continues to maintain a minimum Standard Shipping Rate. Special Services, however, have been increased due to Fuel Surcharges imposed.
** All Orders Requiring Special Services Shipping, ie Next Day, Second Day, Third Day, must be placed by 12 PM eastern standard time to go out the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the next business day. No orders are shipped on the weekends. Weekend days do not count as shipping days! To calculate when your Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day shipment will arrive, add one, two, or three BUSINESS days (not including weekend days or holidays) from the DAY YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED.Items Ordered Standard

Please complete checkout using our secure online ordering system. Once the total charge for the order, including shipping, has been calculated, an email indicating the total amount due will be sent to the customer. The order will be held for 48 hours before being charged to give ample time for any questions. After 48 hours, the order will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. All items will be marked as "Merchandise" on the customs forms, and the customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be imposed. Sorry, we are not able to estimate customs charges, and we are also unable to send items marked as "gifts." Shipping and Handling outside the Continental U.S. and Canada We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We may require payment in the form of a certified bank check drawn on US Funds.Please complete checkout using our secure online ordering system. - When will my order be delivered?
- While most shipments are faster, please allow 10 to 14 days for standard delivery. Items may occasionally be unavailable or backordered. If this happens with your order, you will be notified promptly via email with the approximate delivery date.
- Should I contact you or the carrier with questions about my package?
- If you have general questions about the delivery of your order or if you're wondering about the status of a backorder, please contact us.
- What do I do if the package looks damaged?
- Inspect the package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and call us at 1-888-708-0820.
- What if I accept delivery then discover a problem with the item after the driver has left?
- If you discover a problem, please call our Customer Service department at 1-888-708-0820. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. You should retain all packing material until youre completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. That will make it easier to return the item if necessary.
