If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund (less any shipping, handling, and gift wrapping charges). If you need to exchange your product for a different size, color, or alternate product, follow the return procedure below and we will promptly ship you the new product.
Returns must be be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging and contents, and all original tags still attached. Only unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
- How do I make a return?
1. Call 1-888-708-0820 to obtain a Return Authorization number (R.A. #).
2. An R.A. # must be requested within 10 days of the date on which your shipment is delivered. Returns requested after this period (up to 30 Days) will be given store credit only. Store credits expire 1 year after they are issued. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RA#. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.
3. Write the R.A. # on the outside of the shipping carton.
4. If exchanging, appropriate shipping will be charged to ship the new item(s).
5. We must receive your return within 15 days from the date the RA was issued. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not received within this timeframe.
6. Any returned special order item will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders qualifying as "special orders" consist of merchandise that we do not normally carry in our store or on our website; that a customer has specially requested and that we have ordered from the manufacturer specifically to fill the order.
You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item is defective. We do not accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.
Please allow 10 business days from delivery for us to process your return. It may take more than one billing period for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
For refunds, we can only issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Cancellation of an order or refusal of a package will result in a $20.00 service charge.

All merchandise is warrantied against manufacturers defects for 14 days, from date of receipt.
For defective Brighton merchandise: Please call Brighton's consumer affairs division at 1-800-235-8748 x1425.
For all other merchandise:

Merchandise will be inspected and evaluated, replaced, repaired or returned in a timely manner.
