- Our Return Policy:
All returned merchandise must be:
1. Please call 1-888-708-0820 to obtain a Return Authorization
number (R.A. #).
2. Write the R.A. # on the outside of the shipping carton.
3. Packages will not be accepted without an R.A. #.
4. Items returned must be unworn, unused and in resalable condition.
5. Items returned must be returned within 10 days from the day
it was shipped.
6. Items returned must be returned in a protective shipping carton.
7. Your package should be insured - we are not responsible for
lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.
8. Any returned special order item will be subject to a 20% restocking
fee.
Sale Item Returns: Sale
items may be returned for store credit only, good for one year
from the date issued.
Christmas and Holiday Returns:
Exchanges or returns must be made by December 30th.

- Warranties:
All merchandise is warrantied against manufacturers defects for
14 days, from date of receipt.
Defective Merchandise:
All merchandise thought to be defective must have a Return Authorization
# ( R.A.)
